Here you'll find our answers to the most frequently asked questions. If you can't find what you're looking for, don't hesitate to contact us by using the button below. We're here to assist you every step of the way!

Products

  • The vases come with magnets with an industrial adhesive strip. This makes them suitable for smooth or coarsely plastered walls (water-based paint) and surfaces such as wood, metal, wallpaper, bathroom- or kitchen tiles, and a glass wall or window. If you want to attach the vase to other materials, be aware that it's at your own risk. Always read the instructions in the manual carefully before attaching the vase.

  • We recommend refilling your vases with water about once a week. The exact frequency depends on the temperature inside your home. However, you can also choose to use dried or silk flowers in your vases if you prefer not to water them.

  • For refilling water in your vases, you can use our spray bottle. If you don't have a spray bottle, you can also easily take the vase off the wall and hold it under the faucet to refill. Once filled, you can hang the vase back on the magnet.

  • Cleaning our vases is simple with our cleaning brush. Simply use a bit of dish soap and water on the brush to clean them. Avoid soaking the vases in water and dry them immediately after cleaning. Please note: the vases are not dishwasher safe.

  • We use magnets with an industrial adhesive strip. Whether you can remove the vases without damage depends on the quality of the surface and the care taken during removal. When removing the magnet from a plastered and painted wall, a thin layer of paint might come off the wall.

  • We've only tested the vases for indoor use. If you wish to place them outdoors, we recommend attaching them under a shelter or overhang. This way, you can protect them from the forces of Mother Nature. Be aware that using the vases outdoors is at your own risk.

  • This depends on the surface to which the vases are attached. Click here for instructions on removing the adhesive magnets.

Delivery

  • We ship our packages within 1 to 2 business days. The estimated delivery date will be shown during the checkout process.

    Keep in mind that the estimated delivery times are indicative and there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your location during the checkout process. Shipping costs are free from €75. 

  • You will receive an email with the tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your package online. Please keep in mind that it usually takes a couple of business days until the tracking number is activated.

  • Unfortunately, the tracking system from the shipping company is sometimes inaccurate and sends emails that your package has been delivered before it actually is. Normally, your order will be delivered within three days after receiving the email from the shipping company.

    If your order hasn't been delivered within 3 days after the email, please get in touch with us.

  • Currently we deliver to Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Sweden, Austria, France, Greece, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia.

  • Unfortunately, you can't select a delivery time. Keep an eye on the tracking number to know when your package will be delivered. 

  • We're unable to pass specific instructions to the delivery person. 

  • We currently don't offer pickup point collection for orders.

  • You can let us know the correct address right after placing your order.

  • We ship our orders with DHL and Deutsche Post.

  • If you wish to cancel of modify your order, please send us an email immediately after placing your order. Keep in mind that after your package has been shipped, we are unable to process any cancellations or modifications.

Returns

  • You can return it within 14 days after receiving it. To arrange your return, please notify us via email within 14 days. This way, we'll be informed and prepared to receive your return.

     

    Send an email to info@walleaf.com with the reason for your return and a photo of the opened package with the products, clearly showing the contents.

  • To return the products, they must be unused and undamaged, and are returned in their original packaging. The package can be sent to:

  • The return costs depend on the shipping provider you choose to send back your products. The delivery costs will be refunded only when a complete order is returned.

  • Once we've received your return, you will receive the purchase amount back to your account within 14 days (excluding the return costs).

  • Did you notice something off with the product as soon as you received it? Send an email to info@walleaf.com with the following details: 

    • A picture of the opened package with the products visible.

    • A close-up shot showing the specific damage to the product.

     

    We'll get back to you within 2 business days with a suitable solution to ensure you're happy again in no time!

  • For all products purchased online, there's a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive the products, during which you can change your mind about the purchase. After informing us that you wish to cancel the purchase, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
